Project workflow

Project Brief
During the initial contact, we discuss the main details of the project. This can be done by phone or email. We will then ask you a few brief questions to understand how we should shape your 3D model. This helps us get a clear understanding of your requirements and preferences. You can always provide additional visual material— the more complete the picture, the better we can serve you.
02.
Starting the project
After the project debrief we will start modeling the scene. Providing additional visual material is recommended, as it gives us a complete understanding of the look and feel. If anything is unclear after receiving the materials, we may contact you for further clarification.
03.
Rendering
Next, if desired, test renders will be created, which you can expect shortly days after the project handover. You can provide any adjustments at this stage. Afterward, we will send you the final renders.
04.
Revisions
We deliver the files in the chosen file format. You will receive 1 revision round for all images to provide any final adjustments. Additional revision rounds will cost €50 per round. Once everything is to your satisfaction, you can use your renders for your marketing campaign, website, or social media.
